Friendly staff and great location
The staff at Embajador Hotel went out of their way to assist us, from room changes to providing helpful maps for navigating the city. The breakfast selection was satisfactory, with choices to start the day. Waking up to the bustling sights of Carlos Pellegrini Avenue was a good way to immerse myself in Buenos Aires.

The location was excellent and amazing, close to the commercial, all the main attractions in Buenos Aires and the Teatro Colon. It also was in the center...

I came to Buenos Aires for overnight stay - everything was great. The room was spacious with bathtub and my experience was really comfortable. The staff was really kind and welcoming, they were always available. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, for example, a grand theater was relatively near the hotel. The property was set in a downtown area. It was located close to the a bus stop. I enjoyed to be in this place.

I was blown away by the marinated fish at Santos Manjares, just a hop away at 0.5 km! Plus, the views from my Double Room across Av 9 de Julio and the Obelisk were just fine. The staff were cute.

The staff was excellent, specially Jorge and Carlos: very nicel! The breakfast is ok! And the Hotel location is very good!
On the first night, they sent me to Impala Hotel (which belongs to the same group), and I had a terrible night because of the street noise and bad mattress. Then, I asked to move to Embajador Hotel (where my reservation was done!).

terrace overlooking 9 de Julio avenue, gorgeous city views, good location near shopping
The facility feels outdated, with deteriorating floors and a questionable bathroom setup!!! The safe's battery was dead. The room cleanliness could use serious attention!!!

Our stay was wonderful. We arrives a day late and were told that maybe you could refund some of the money for that night. <My husband is a police officer and he was called into work and we had to miss the place. We had to reschedlue our plane as well, a nightmare and $4000 had to be paid for the new tickets, The room had a fabulous huge patio and there was no carpeting ( which is important for me) and the price was excellent and the staff was wonderful. In fact, I wish that we were staying there when we come back to Buenos Aries on December 10th for 5 days, but sadly, we booked another hotel with you for 5 days. It is much more expensive and does not have the patio!!!! I am very sorry about this and had I known, I would have only stayed at the first hotel. The second one is called Ayres de Libertad. They are a few blocks away from each other. Also, this hotel faced the main road, the other a side street. The other does have a small pool and a tiny, tiny, gym and a kitchen, which will be nice. Thank you, Marsha & Arek Tarih
